Vanderbilt senior Festus Ezeli and graduate manager Chris Meriwether visited Longview Elementary School in Spring Hill, Tenn., on Wednesday to speak to third graders about the importance of working hard in the classroom and doing their best on the impending TCAP (Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program).
Ezeli, who will graduate with a degree in Economics in two weeks, and Meriwether, who will receive his master’s degree from the Owen School of Management, spent time answering questions about balancing their schedules and being successful in school, to other questions that ranged from “Where are you from?” to “What is your favorite food?”.
A good time was had by all, especially for Ezeli and Meriwether.
