Football Game Day Enforcement Policy Established
Efforts have been made to work with Nashville’s Metropolitan government agencies and the Vanderbilt Police Department to eliminate street vendors and ticket scalpers that have become commonplace over the years. More Info

Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged; all sales are final.

Change of Address Policy
If address needs to be changed, please either call the ticket office at 615.322.4653, ticket.office@vanderbilt.edu or mail in your new address to: Vanderbilt Ticket Office, 2601 Jess Neely Drive, Nashville, TN, 37212. The ticket office asks that customers keep an updated email address, mailing address and phone numbers so we can always keep our customer service to the highest level, and make sure important ticket information is shared appropriately.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Destroyed Tickets
Any tickets lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed will not be replaced, this includes leaving tickets in another location. Ticket holders are responsible for safety and upkeep of their own tickets.

SEC Seating Policy for Courtside Seat Holders at Memorial Gymnasium
Fans, coaches, administrators and student-athletes all share a mutual commitment and responsibility to provide a safe and respectful competitive environment. Please adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct, and abide by the SEC Zero Tolerance Policy.

Will Call
Will call is available at the game day ticket office windows.

Football
General Will Call
Will be located at Gate 3 of Vanderbilt Stadium. You must have your photo ID and be the name on the actual tickets left. Will call opens two hours ahead of kickoff.

Player-Guest Will Call
Both Vanderbilt and their opponent player guest will call are set up at the entrance of Hawkins Field. Vanderbilt is set up on the far right and the opponent will be set up on the far left. This gate is right next to Gate 3 of Vanderbilt Stadium. Both will call tables will be closed at the end of the first quarter. Anyone wearing opponent gear that attempts to pick up their Vanderbilt player guest ticket will be sent away.

Media Will Call
Gate 1 (closest to the Marriott).

High School Coaches Will Call
The high school coaches will call is located at Gate 3 of Vanderbilt Stadium and opens two hours prior to kickoff.

Men’s Basketball (Open one and a half hours prior to tip and closes at the start of halftime)
General Will Call
Anyone who purchased tickets from the Vanderbilt ticket office will need to pick up their tickets at the Southeast Entrance ticket office at Memorial Gym off 25th Avenue. Have proper ID as we only give out tickets to the person whose name is on the will call envelope.

Vanderbilt Player-Guest Will Call
If a Vanderbilt coach or player left you tickets, you will need to go to Gate 2L. It is located by going through Gate 3 of the football stadium, walk straight and up the ramp on your right. You must have proper ID and your name must already be on the provided list. Anyone wearing opponent gear that attempts to pick up their Vanderbilt player-guest ticket will be sent away.

Media Will Call
Media members must walk through the parking lot located behind the outfield fence of Hawkins Field. It will dead-end at a door of the tunnel entrance into Memorial Gym. Please have your media credential.

Women’s Basketball (Open one and a half hours prior to tip and closes at the start of halftime)

If a Vanderbilt or an opponent coach or player left you tickets, you will need to pick them up inside the lobby of the Southeast Entrance. Both windows are on the left. You must have proper ID and your name must already be on the provided list. Anyone wearing opponent gear that attempts to pick up their Vanderbilt player-guest ticket will be sent away.

Media Will Call

General Will Call
Anyone who purchased tickets from the Vanderbilt ticket office will need to pick up their tickets at the Gate 3 box office outside of Hawkins Field. Have proper ID as we only give out tickets to the person whose name is on the will call envelope.

Vanderbilt and Opponent Player Guest Will Call
If a Vanderbilt or an opponent coach or player left you tickets, you will need to pick them up inside the right hand gate of Hawkins Field. You must have proper ID and your name must already be on the provided list. Anyone wearing opponent gear that attempts to pick up their Vanderbilt player-guest ticket will be sent away.

Media Will Call
Please have your media credential and go to the Gate 3 box office outside of Hawkins Field.

Admission Policy
Everyone older than age 2 must have a ticket and is restricted to the location of that ticket. If you are a student, then you must have valid ID.

Children age 2 and under do not require a ticket for any regular season home game on Vanderbilt’s campus. The child must sit in the lap of a parent and any related bags should be stowed under the parent’s seat to keep the aisles and rows clear of items that may hinder ingress or egress of fans.

Re-entry Policy
Per Southeastern Conference rules, no re-entry is permitted at any gate. If you leave the venue, you must have a new ticket to be readmitted.

Accessible Seating for Vanderbilt
Vanderbilt Athletics encourages fans who may need additional assistance or wheelchair seating to contact the ticket office at 615.322.4653 in advance, at least one week ahead of the date of the game. Due to limited seating capacity in Memorial Gym, Vanderbilt Stadium and some areas of Hawkins Field, wheelchair users are reserved priority placement with a maximum of one companion seat. The price of the tickets will be at face value of the event. Accessible seating is based on availability and may not be available on the day of the game.

Prohibited Items
All food and drink containers, bottles, horns, artificial noisemakers, cans, thermos bottles, ice bags, ice chests, lawn chairs, backpacks, large bags, umbrellas, video cameras, strollers, infant seats, hard surfaced materials, pocket knives, or any object deemed hazardous by the game management personnel. Gate personnel are instructed to enforce this rule in the interest of safety. Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium.

Order Fees
Thank your for supporting Vanderbilt Athletics. Orders are subject to a non-refundable ordering/processing fee.

Secondary Market Policy
Vanderbilt Athletics does not support or endorse any secondary market for resale or distribution of tickets for a Vanderbilt sponsored event. Tickets bought from an individual or secondary source are not guaranteed to be legitimate tickets to the event and any person with false or counterfeit tickets may be refused entry at the entry gate. Vanderbilt is not responsible for any refunds of tickets purchased on the secondary market or from individuals attempting to resell tickets.

Vanderbilt Ticket Resale Policy
The Vanderbilt Athletics Ticket Office reserves the right to cancel purchases from anyone known to be habitually reselling tickets on any form of a secondary market. Routine misconduct may result in restrictions on purchases of tickets through the Vanderbilt ticket office.
