Lauren Belisle

Lauren Belisle joined Vanderbilt in 2021 as senior associate athletic director for fan experience and sales. In 2025, she received the designation of Senior Woman Administrator (SWA).
She is responsible for the direct supervision of several departments, including Vanderbilt’s ticketing, marketing, fan engagement and hospitality, and broadcast production units. She leads initiatives designed to enhance the Commodore fan experience. She also serves as the sport administrator for the men’s and women’s tennis programs.
Belisle joined Vanderbilt after serving as associate athletic director for marketing and fan development at Virginia Tech, where she managed the Hokies’ marketing and ticket departments while assuming responsibility for revenue generation, fan experience initiatives and branding efforts inclusive of strategic planning, advertising strategy, ticket sales planning and pricing, digital media and marketing, community outreach, campaign planning, among many other duties. She also oversaw the spirit squad program.
When Belisle served as the assistant director of marketing at Iowa State, she oversaw marketing efforts for the women’s volleyball and women’s basketball programs. She also managed the corporate hospitality tent tailgate program for home football games, spearheaded group sales efforts for football, and served as the athletics advisor for the student basketball organization, Cyclone Alley.
Belisle is an active member of NACMA and Women Leaders in College Sports. She has served as a NACMA Board Member since 2020 and currently holds an Officer role of First Vice President. She also serves on the DI NCAA Tennis Committee. Belisle graduated in 2008 from Florida State with a degree in public relations and she began her career in athletics as a marketing intern with the Seminoles in 2007.
