Claire Ralston

Term Professional Athletic Trainer (Soccer, Lacrosse)

Claire Ralston joined the Vanderbilt Athletics staff as a term professional athletic trainer in August 2024. In her role she works with both the Commodore soccer and lacrosse programs.

Ralston arrived in Nashville with experience in multiple graduate assistant athletic training roles, most recently at Rutgers where she provided coverage to the school’s gymnastics teams. While a graduate assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson during the 2022-23 academic year she worked with football, men’s basketball, and men’s and women’s soccer programs, and she also was a graduate assistant with the NFL’s New York Giants in 2023.

Ralston graduated from South Carolina with a degree in exercise science in 2022, and she received her master’s degree in athletic training from Seton Hall in 2024. She is certified by the American Heart Association.
