Shane Horn was hired as assistant director of equipment for the Vanderbilt football program in August 2023.

He joined the staff after working at San Jose State as coordinator of equipment services for two years. Horn also has experience as an intern with Stanford football and with the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons.

He began as a student equipment manager at Alabama, working three seasons with the Crimson Tide football program before receiving a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration from the school in 2020.
