Grace Shaw returned to the Vanderbilt football staff in 2026 after a stint with the Jacksonville Jaguars, where she supported team travel planning, assisted with logistics for international games in London, helped coordinate player events and contributed to practice operations through video support.

Shaw previously assisted with the day-to-day operations of the Vanderbilt football program during the 2025 season, helping coordinate prospect and youth camps, external player events and team logistics. She also managed Teamworks updates, maintained facility inventory and supported special projects for the executive assistant to the head coach.

Prior to her first stint at Vandy, Shaw spent two years as a football operations intern at Liberty University. Shaw began her professional career in college athletics as an operations intern for Liberty's men's and women's soccer programs.

A native of Colorado, Shaw earned her bachelor's degree in sport management with a business minor and sport administration cognate from Liberty University, where she graduated a year early with a 4.0 GPA while competing as an NCAA Division I swimmer and earning Academic All-District and Academic All-ASUN honors in 2025.
