As a Sophomore (2023)
• Started six of six games played
• Completed 196 passes for 1,457 yards and 12 touchdowns, averaging 242.8 yards per game in 2023
• Made 14 completions in 23 attempts for 167 yards and a touchdown at Tennessee
• Completed 16 of 35 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns at UNLV, his third game this season with three passing touchdowns
• Recorded a career best 314 passing yards and three touchdowns at Wake Forest
• Recorded a career long 25-yard rush and three touchdowns (two passing, one rushing) in win over Alabama A&M

• Threw 159 pass attempts before throwing his first interception, the longest such stretch by a Vanderbilt quarterback to open a career since at least 1996 and the longest by an SEC quarterback to open a career (at an FBS school) since 2002
• 1,274 passing yards as a freshman are the fourth-most in Vanderbilt history, trailing only the rookie seasons of Ken Seals, John Gromos and Jay Cutler
• Fewest interceptions of any FBS true freshman with at least 200 drop backs on the season, with five fewer than the next closest quarterback
• Was 10-for-18 for 127 yards and two touchdowns against South Carolina before suffering an injury
• Passed for 281 yards and two touchdowns against Ole Miss
• Recorded 255 passing yards and four touchdowns in collegiate start debut at Northern Illinois
