A senior walk-on, Williams enjoyed the most playing time of his career as a first-year fullback in new offensive scheme… Participated in all 12 games, seeing action as fullback and on special teams… Starts in the offensive backfield came against Temple, Ole Miss, Missouri, Florida and Mississippi State… Had two rushes for six yards and three receptions for 29 yards… Longest catch was 18-harder vs. Mississippi State.
2013
Played in all 13 games as a third-year linebacker and on special team coverage units… Finished with several single-season highs, including 20 total tackles, nine solo tackles and a pair of passes defended… Set a career high with nine total tackles in win over Austin Peay… Also had four tackles in victory over UAB.
2012
Saw action in five games as a reserve linebacker for Vanderbilt… Recorded five total tackles and a PBU.
2011
Joined the squad as a linebacker… Earned Scout Team Defensive Player of the Year honors from coaching staff.

Two-year team captain for public school located west of Orlando… Three-year starting LB… Participated in postseason Orange County Senior Bowl… Named to Orlando Sentinel’s Super 60 Prospect Watch List as senior… Also participated in varsity weightlifting… Member of National Honor Society.

Kellen Hindry Williams… Born Dec. 15, 1992… Son of Reggie Williams… Dad played linebacker for 14 years with the Cincinnati Bengals, received the NFL’s 1986 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award and was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1987… Has two older brothers, Julien and Jarren.
