Prior to Vandy
• Was at Sam Houston State for three years
• Played in the last 10 contests, starting the final four, in 2024 to help the Bearkats to a 10-3 finish after winning the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl
• Started the team’s final five games during the 2023 season on the way to be named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team
• Sat out the 2022 campaign as a redshirt
• Was captain of the offensive line for a Lamar High team that won the district championship his senior year
• A first-team all-district in football and basketball in high school
