High School
Two-year team captain… Three-year starter at DE for Class 5A school located north of Dallas-Fort Worth… Helped Raiders to 10-3 mark and 5A state quarterfinals as senior… As senior, named First Team All-District after registering 28 solo tackles, five tackles for loss, five quarterback sacks and deflecting four passes… Also started at DE as sophomore and junior, contributing to Raiders’ 12-1 campaign in 2011… Two-year starting forward on varsity basketball squad… Standout thrower in track & field, with personal best in shot put of 52’6″.
