Head coach Tim Corbin on DePaolo: “AJ has a very high motor for everything that he does. There is only one speed to AJ. He’s athletic, strong, smart, tough and aggressive. He will back up our older catchers this spring, while continuing to grow as a player. As a freshman, he finished a close second in the Omaha Challenge to JD Rogers. AJ is the total student-athlete, as he was our highest achiever in the classroom as a first-semester freshman.”
