St. Louis Post-Dispatch – Waterloo High pitcher keeps it all in the family (June 2017)
Head Coach Tim Corbin on Kaiser: “Erik has continued to improve his skills on the mound. He pitched in the Northwoods League this summer, which allowed him to get a significant amount of mound time. Erik is a very good athlete for his size and may be our best fielding pitcher. His movements down the mound and overall delivery are moving in a positive direction. He is very capable of having success for us.”
As a Junior (2020)
- Season canceled due to coronavirus outbreak
- Appeared in four games
- Posted a 1-0 record
- Held opponents to a .111 average
- Did not allow a run in three of four appearances
- Did not allow a hit first two times out
- Season-high six strikeouts vs. Saint Louis (Feb. 26)
As a Sophomore (2019)
- Made one appearance, starting vs. East Tennessee State (March 6)
- Allowed four runs on four hits while striking out four in his lone outing
As a Freshman (2018)
- Made two scoreless appearances during his inaugural collegiate campaign
- Limited Austin Peay to one hit while striking out a pair (Feb. 27)
- Struck out one and did not allow a base runner at Long Beach State (March 7)
