Head coach Tim Corbin on Jensen: “Max has complemented our program in a significant way in just a few short months. He spent the fall rehabilitating a knee injury suffered last spring, but that did not limit his ability to get defensive reps, make gains in the weight room, or continue to improve his swing. Max has been one of the top hitters in the Ivy League over the past four years and has taken full advantage of his time at Vanderbilt in our graduate program. He brings a high acumen for the game along with natural communication and leadership skills, while quickly earning the respect of those around him. Max is poised to impact our lineup with his bat-to-ball ability and power, adding an experienced presence to our offense.”
