2012-13 (Sophomore): SEC Academic Honor Roll … Set school records in the 100 back (54.93) and 200 back (1:56.34) at the SEC Championships … Took 16th in the 200 back at SEC’s … Placed first in the 100 fly against UALR with a time of 57.59 … Took first in both the 50 fly and 50 back against Evansville … Captured second in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke against Tulane and WKU.
2011-12 (Freshman): Qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha, Neb… Posted the team’s top times of the season in the 50, 100 and 200 back, while also having some of the top times in the 100 and 200 fly and 200 IM… Member of the 200 medley relay team that set a new school record at the SEC Championships with a time of 1:44.65… Won the 200 back (1:29.08) at Arkansas… Picked up two wins in the 200 back (2:02.00) and 100 back (57.63) versus South Carolina and East Carolina… First leg of the 400 medley relay (3:55.90) that finished first to help defeat Marshall… Also had wins in the 100 fly (58.26) and 200 IM (2:10.00) versus Marshall… Recorded two more wins in the 100 fly and 100 back at Evansville… Member of the 200 medley relay that placed first versus Tulane, while also winning the 200 back (2:02.54).
High School:Regarded as the top high school swimmer in the state of South Carolina … Swimming World Magazine ranks her as a five-star recruit … Competed for the Swim Spartanburg club team under coach Mike Faltraco … Excelled in the 100-yard backstroke and the 200-yard backstroke, swimming in times of 55.92 and 1:59.57, respectively … Set a high mark in the 200-yard butterfly, swimming in a time of 2:02.30 … Named a USA Academic All-American at Spartanburg high school.
