• Posted career-low times in the 50, 100 and 200 free—missing finals in the first event by .02 seconds—at the Phill Hansel Invitational (Nov. 19-21)
• Swam the 50 (24.09) and 100 (53.33) free along with the 100 fly at the SEC Championships (Feb. 17-21)
• Second on the squad in both the 50 (24.31) and 100 (52.92) free in meet against Missouri and McKendree (Nov. 1)
• Was team’s top finisher in the 100 free (53.40) in meet with Kentucky and Texas A&M (Jan. 16)
• Also led the Commodores in the 100 free (53.66) in tri-meet against Indiana State and Illinois (Nov. 7-8)
• Competed in the 50 (24.25) and 100 (53.81) free in regular season finale at Arkansas (Jan. 30)
• Finished first in the 50 free (24.44) and second in the 100 free (53.98) to help Commodores defeat North Florida (Oct. 4) in her collegiate debut

• Finished third in the 50 and 100 free at the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association 3A state championship as a senior
• Set school standards in the 50 and 100 free, and was member of school’s record-setting 200 and 400 free, and 200 medley relays
• Qualified for Winter Junior Nationals in the 50 free
• Named team MVP following the 2021 and ’24 seasons
• When she was a junior helped the school go undefeated during the regular season
• Served as a team captain her senior year
• Named to the Dean’s List all four years in school
• Daughter of Shannon and Jim Gooding
• Is the middle of three children; older sister, Liv, is a junior on the Commodore swim team
• Mother, Shannon, was a member of the rowing team at California and competed in the 1992 Olympic Games
• Father, Jim, swam at California as well
• Grandfather, Charles Day, won a gold medal in rowing at the 1936 Olympic Games
