• Tennis is a family affair that stretches four generations, Jimbo Rowe, Billy’s father, played at University of Redlands; Lionel (Billy’s Grandfather) played at University of Virginia and Lionel’s father (Billy’s Great Grandfather) played for U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis.
