2011-12 (Freshman):
Played in 16 games and averaged 0.5 points and 0.9 rebounds per game…Scored a career-high five points in 12 minutes of action against Lafayette (12/21)…Played a season-high 13 minutes against Monmouth (11/25)…Grabbed a career high six rebounds against Monmouth to go along with three points.
High School:
Four-year varsity letterwinner in basketball, two-year captain, and a two-year letterman in football…Averaged 22 points and 12 rebounds in his senior year at Waconia and ended his career with 1,772 points and 985 rebounds…His Waconia teams claimed three Wright County conference championships and the 2011 team finished third in Class 3A…Individually, Moats was a first-team All-State selection his senior season and was a Parade Third-Team All-American in 2011…Was a four-time all-conference member and a member of the all-state team two times.
