SEC Honors Sraberg

Adam Sraberg named to SEC's 2021 SEC Community Service Team

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt senior Adam Sraberg was selected to the SEC’s Men’s Tennis Community Service Team on Thursday.

The SEC sponsors Community Service Teams for all 21 league sponsored sports. The Community Service Team looks to highlight an athlete from each school who gives back to their community in superior service efforts.

Sraberg has led by example with his community involvement during his time as a Commodore. He has been an active member of Dancing Dores – a team of student-athletes who participate in the annual Dance Marathon that benefits and raises money for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Throughout the school year, he and his teammates volunteer their time with Miracle Children from the network from the Children’s Hospital, allowing them to be involved with the program.

Away from West End, Sraberg led the team with aiding Buena Vista Academy in town with tennis instruction among other activities with the students.

Sraberg and the Commodores will take part in the SEC Tournament starting Monday. Vanderbilt’s opponent is still to be determined.
