NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt football announced Friday its first two sellouts of the season, the opener against Austin Peay on Saturday and the NC State contest on Sept. 19. Tomorrow’s game will make the fifth consecutive sellout at FirstBank Stadium dating back to last season.

Prior to the matchup against the Governors fans can enjoy a reimagined Vandyville that includes a pregame concert in Commodore Court (Zone 13), a relocated Max Nance Kids’ Zone in the Blakemore House parking lot along Vanderbilt Place, food and beverage options available for purchase, new and enhanced sponsorship activations and more. As announced earlier in the week, American Authors will headline Commodore Court starting at approximately 4 p.m. Saturday.

Fans still seeking tickets to the sold-out Austin Peay and NC State games are encouraged to visit SeatGeek, the official fan-to-fan ticket marketplace of Vanderbilt Athletics.

Mini plans remain available for this season, and single-game tickets are on sale now for the remaining home games.

Due to expected/anticipated high temperatures Saturday, guests will be allowed to bring in a 20-ounce (or smaller) unopened, plastic disposable bottle of water. Additionally, misting fans will be ordered and serve as cooling stations for guests and staff.

The Commodores kick off the regular season hosting Austin Peay on Saturday at 6 p.m. Early arriving fans will receive the first-of-its-kind head coach Clark Lea bobblehead.
