
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt will allow a limited number of fans to attend the April 17 spring football game at 11 a.m. inside Vanderbilt Stadium.
Attendance will be on a first-come, first-serve basis with no advance tickets required. Admission is free with Gate 3 opening at 10:30 a.m.
Fans will sit in socially distanced single- or two-person pods in pre-determined seat cushions throughout the stadium. Individuals will be required to follow COVID-19 protocol by remaining socially distant and wearing a mask. There will be a limited number of Vanderbilt football branded masks free of charge (one per person) to the first 1,500 fans.
Concessions, with food and alcohol sales, will be available, as well as merchandise hub to purchase shirts and hats. No outside food or drink will be permitted.
Fans who wish to renew their season tickets April 17 on site can do so at Gate 3 from 10:30 a.m. until halftime. Individuals who renew on April 17, or those who renewed prior but are in attendance, can enter a raffle to win one of a variety of prizes from Vanderbilt football.
The decision to continue limiting attendance at athletic events is based on the advice and guidance of Vanderbilt’s public health partners, including the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and local public health officials.
