It will be a jam-packed weekend of sporting events for Vanderbilt teams at home and on the road. The action starts tonight when the men’s and women’s basketball teams take the floor, and swimming heads to Atlanta.
Vanderbilt’s men’s basketball team hosts Lipscomb at 8 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Gym. The game will air on FSN and can be heard locally on 1510 AM, 95.9 FM and 560 AM. Click here to purchase tickets. For more information about the game, click here.
The women’s basketball team hits the road for the first time Thursday when the Commodores travel to Wisconsin for a 7 p.m. tip. The game can be heard on 560 AM and 95.9 FM. For more information, click here.
The swim team will end its fall season at the Georgia Tech Invitational Thursday. Prelims will begin at 10 a.m. and finals will be at 6 p.m. (More Information)
On Saturday, Vanderbilt’s women’s cross country team competes at the NCAA Championships Saturday in Terre Haute, Ind. The Commodores are coming off a first-place finish at the South Regional.
Also on Saturday, Vanderbilt’s football team takes to the road for its final away game of the season when the Commodores play at Mississippi State. The game begins at 6:30 p.m. and can be seen on SEC Network. Be sure to visit Gameday Central for everything you need to know about Saturday’s game.
The weekend will be capped on Sunday when the men’s basketball team hosts Tennessee State at 6 p.m. at Memorial Gym. The game will also be televised by FSN.
Vanderbilt’s baseball team concluded its Black & Gold Series Wednesday and will now travel to Dominican Republic for a week of games. The team departs Friday.
