Swimming caps fall at Georgia Tech Invite

The Vanderbilt swim team caps its first half of the season in Atlanta, Ga. at the Georgia Tech Invitational. The three-day meet begins on Thursday with prelims at 10 a.m., and finals continuing at 6 p.m.

Last year the `Dores finished with 716 points, just ahead of James Madison, Miami (Florida), Florida Atlantic, Clemson and College of Charleston. Vanderbilt had 21 swimmers advance through the preliminary session and into the finals. The Commodores return to the GT Invitational and compete alongside swimmers from various schools across the country.
