NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Seven student-athletes travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to compete in the ITA All-American Championships beginning on Saturday.
The tournament will open up with the pre-qualifying rounds of singles followed by the qualifying rounds of singles and doubles on Monday. The main draw will begin on Wednesday and will conclude with the finals on Oct. 13.
Five Dores will begin the tournament on Saturday battling in the pre-qualifying round of singles. Marcus Ferreira, Max Freeman, Adam Sraberg, Panu Virtanen and Christiaan Worst will compete against top performers across the nation with hopes of advancing to the qualifying rounds.
Sophomore Macsen Sisam, junior George Harwell and senior Billy Rowe will begin their runs in the tournament on Wednesday competing in the qualifying rounds.
In doubles, Rowe and Freeman – ranked 31st nationally – will take the court to compete for a spot in the main draw of the tournament on Monday. The duo has only dropped one match this fall season, advancing to the doubles finals of the annual Commodore Scramble in Nashville.
