NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt men’s tennis has selected to travel to the Columbus Regional, hosted by Ohio State, for the 2024 ITA Kickoff Weekend scheduled for Jan. 26–29. The No. 78 Dores will compete as the No. 4 seed, opening play against top seed and host No. 2 Ohio State. Contingent on the results, the Commodores will move on to either face No. 48 Oregon or No. 60 Boise State.

The winner of the Columbus regional will earn a spot in the ITA National Team Indoor Championships Feb. 16–19. Hosted by Columbia University, the tournament will take place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
Since the inaugural tournament in 2009, the Commodores have competed in the ITA Kickoff Weekend every year but 2021, when the tournament field was reduced by half due to social distancing precautions.
