Cronk Named All-Star in NYCBL 8/11/2005 Vanderbilt first basemen Adam Cronk was named to the All-Star Second Team of the New York Collegiate Baseball League today. The rising sophomore batted .303 for the Saratoga Phillies and hit four home runs while driving in 25. He was one of two players who were freshmen this past year to be included on the All-Star roster. He also joined Kentucky pitcher Tommy Warner as the only SEC representatives on the team.
