Starters: Kevin Bright, Kedren Johnson, Sheldon Jeter, Dai-Jon Parker and Rod Odom

The loss makes Vanderbilt 70-113 all-time versus Tennessee. Head Coach Kevin Stallings is 12-17 all-time versus the Volunteers. Stallings is now 270-173 at Vanderbilt and 393-236 overall.

Vanderbilt made a three-pointer for the 855th game in a row, which ranks second in the nation behind UNLV. VU has made a three in every game since the line’s inception in the 1986-87 season.

Kedren Johnson scored 11 points, marking the 17th time this season he has reached double-figures. He also led the team in assists with four.

Kevin Bright led Vanderbilt with 11 rebounds. It is the third time this season Bright has pulled down double-digit rebounds.

Tennessee shot 53.3% in the first half, compared to 44.0% for the Commodores, and held a 40-28 lead at the half. Vanderbilt’s only lead came at the 19:27 mark of the first half.

Tennessee outrebounded Vanderbilt, 38-28, and scored 14 second-chance points, compared to only two for the Commodores.

The Commodores had a rough night from three, shooting only 21.4% (3-14).

Vanderbilt’s 46-point output was its worst since scoring 33 at Arkansas on January 12.
