Pregame Notes
* The Commodores and the Lady Gators are meeting for the 47th time overall.
* Vanderbilt leads the all-time series, 28-18. The Commodores have won five straight meetings against the Lady Gators since a 2006 loss in Gainesville. A sixth consecutive win would match the longest winning streak in the series.
* Vanderbilt has taken seven of the past eight meetings against Florida, including three straight wins in Memorial Gym.

* The Commodores move to 20-8, 9-6 in SEC play. The Gators fall to 14-14, 7-8 in SEC play.
* Hannah Tuomi led the Commodores with a career-high 26 points and nine rebounds, narrowly missing a double-double. Tuomi was 10-for-10 shooting on the night. This is a feat that has not been accomplished in nearly two decades. The last time a player was 10-for-10 was Wendy Scholtens against Campbell on November 23, 1991.
* Jence Rhoads followed with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Merideth Marsh contributed 13 points and eight assists.

* Gabby Smith pushed Vanderbilt’s lead to eight with a clutch 3-pointer at the 10:12 mark of the second half.
* With a driving layup at the 7:59 mark of the second half, Hannah continued her scoring run, owning 14 of Vanderbilt’s 20 second half points. With her made free throw afterward, Hannah’s 23 points tied her career high, previously set against Tennessee State on December 19, 2008.
* Merideth Marsh helped widen Vanderbilt’s lead with a 3-pointer at the 5:33 mark, putting the Commodores up by six.
