2008-09: Travis Loeffler is in his first year as an assistant coach with Vanderbilt but he has been active with the Commodores since the program began.

He is an outstanding bowler in his own right, finishing fifth at the PTQ Atlanta Open and was second at Live Oak, Florida, a PBA Regional. He has 25 perfect games and a dozen 800 series with a high of 855. He won the SASBA Tupelo Doubles Tournament and the Shamrock Singles Tournament and has been fourth at the Bradley Open. He has operated bowling pro shops for 20 years.
