Hannah Coupas came to Vanderbilt Athletics as business office coordinator in October 2023.

She joined the staff after working with the accounts payable office at Green Mountain Power in Rutland, Vermont.

Coupas competed on both the track and field and rugby teams at Castleton (Vt.), where she was a member of the school’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee before earning a degree in sport management—with a minor in business & finance as well—in 2022. She would go on to add a master’s degree in leading organizational change from the university in 2023.

While an undergraduate student, Coupas also worked as an athletics office business intern at the University at Albany.
