Emma Ferguson joined Vanderbilt Athletics as associate director for strategic priorities in July 2026.

Prior to Vanderbilt, Ferguson served as the administrative professional for the Alexander-Tharpe Fund and Georgia Tech Athletics, where she coordinated events and provided operational support.

Ferguson is a 2024 graduate is Kennesaw State, earning her bachelor’s degree in public relations, and she added a  master’s degree from the school in integrated global communications. Originally from Woodstock, Georgia, she was a competitive cheerleader and has coached a special abilities cheer team for over nine years.
