Coach Nelson on Avery Scoggins… Avery is a volleyball junkie who has earned respect nationally by earning multiple All-Big 12 honors. As a setter, she is confident and has a burning desire to win. Her strength and athleticism allow her to take risks others can’t, and we think she’ll be the perfect fit for our fast, creative and relentless offense. Avery’s former coaches and connections rave about her, which makes us even more excited she’ll be wearing black and gold.
