The Grisik File
Johna Grisik was a letterwinner in cross country, track and field and lacrosse at Marist and was a cross country and track and field team captain in 2021 and 2022. Her prep-best times include 2:11 in the 800 meters and 4:59 in the 1,600 meters. In 2021 and 2022, she was named Powerade All-Metro in cross country and track and field and was also named her team’s most valuable track runner. She has won four individual Georgia state titles in the 800 and 1,600 meters and was a part of five state championships-winning teams. Throughout high school, Grisik was a member of the Dean’s List, honor roll and National Honor Society, and she received the chemistry book award.

Johna is the daughter of Joanna and Matt Grisik. She has three siblings, Marshall, Brooks and Ryan.
