5k — 19:29.96

2008: Put together her best year in a Commodore uniform… Opened the season with a 19th place overall finish at the Commodore Classic, running the 5K home course in 19:29.96… Backed up that effort with 5K personal best of 19:13.62 at the Louisville Classic… In first 6K race of season, ran 23:35.9 at Pre-National Invitational… Closed the year with a 71st overall finish at the Southeastern Conference Championships, cutting 15 seconds off previous 6K best with 23:20.95 clocking.

2007: Finished 35th at the Belmont/Vanderbilt Opener, 30th at the Commodore Classic, 41st at the Colonial Inter-Regional Challenge, 107th at the Chile Pepper Festival, and 63rd at the SEC Championship.

2006: Best team finish was 8th during the SEC Championships, running the 6K event in 23:50. Ran a 16:12 4K at Belmont Invite. Fastest 5K time was 20:17 at the Louisville Invite.

High School/Prep:
Received six varsity letters in HS … Served one year as team captain … Two-time scholar athlete … Placed first in state as a freshman and second as a junior … Held the top team GPA … Personal records include 19:45 (5k) and 12:12 (3200).

Personal:
Majoring in political science and communications … Enjoys soccer, traveling, scrapbooking and organizing and color coding.
