2006: Commodores[apos] most versatile and consistent thrower as a true freshman… Concentrated on discus and hammer during outdoors; shot put and weight throw indoors… Recorded the third longest hammer throw ever by Commodore, 154[apos]3′, at Alabama Relays… Discus best of 141[apos]11′ at Sea Ray Relays ranks fifth all-time on team… Competed in SEC Outdoor Championships in both events, thought did not qualify for finals… Also tossed javelin at Raleigh Relays… Indoor weight throw best of 45[apos]9′ at East Tennessee State Invitational ranks fifth all-time on team… Also threw team-long 40[apos]2′ indoors in shot put, ranking fifth all-time.

In High School: Senior captain of track and field squad… Earned four varsity letters in track and volleyball… Three-time Empire State Games champion… Named female field event MVP of 2005 Eastern States Championships… NYC Public School Athletic League Field MVP as senior… Holds school records in shot put, discus, high jump and long jump… Named National Scholastic Indoor Championship All-American in pentathlon… MVP of volleyball team as senior.. National Honor Society member.
