2008: Season was limited to pair of races… Ran 4K distance in 17:30.35 at the Belmont/Vanderbilt Opener, then notched a 21:43.58 effort for 5K at the Commodore Classic home meet.

2007: Finished 49th at the Belmont/Vanderbilt Opener, 44th at the Commodore Classic, 73rd at the Colonial Inter-Regional Challenge, 32nd at the Southeastern Classic and 10th at Race for the Cure. Was the top team performer at Southeastern Classic after running 5K distance of 20:20.53. Ran a personal record in 5K with 18:59 at Race fro the Cure.

2006: Finished seventh on the team at Blue Ridge Open (5K) in 19:59 … Finished eighth on the team at Belmont Invite with a time of 15:42 and ninth on the team at Commodore Classic with a time of 20:24.

High School/Prep:
Personal records include 5:16 (1600) and 15:01 (4k) … Earned six varsity letters … Served two years as team captain.
