Leah Dusterhoft was named Vanderbilt women’s basketball’s director of creative content by head coach Shea Ralph on May 24, 2021. The 2026-27 season is her sixth season on staff with the program.

The multi-skilled Dusterhoft assists the program in all creative aspects and oversees all of Vanderbilt's recruiting elements. She is responsible for graphic design for Vanderbilt women's basketball, creating content for both the team and social media. Dusterhoft also designed Vanderbilt's Gold Script uniform and has created several of the program's pregame shirts and promotional materails. 

Dusterhoft was a four-year track and field student-athlete at South Dakota, competing in discus for the Coyotes. Away from competition, she was also named to the Summit League honor roll and Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence on multiple occasions.

She majored in graphic design and graduated from South Dakota with her degree in May 2021 after working as a graphic design intern for the USD athletic communications office for two years.
