Megan Lueck was named the video coordinator for the women’s basketball team during the 2015-16 campaign. 

Lueck was a former basketball player and four-year letter winner at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where she graduated with a Secondary Education Major. She has her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Mercer University. 

She arrived at Vanderbilt after spending the 2014-15 season at Mercer, where she served as a graduate assistant for the women’s basketball team. Lueck directed basketball camps at Mercer, and also assisted with recruiting, team activities, team travel, practice and game operations. She managed all film and video operations for the program’s games and practices and coordinated film exchange with opposing teams.  

While at Mercer, Lueck co-founded The Coaching Assist — an online resource that provides insight and advice to aspiring and young coaches via in person interviews with current coaches.  

Lueck has a rich history of working basketball camps, having done so at Florida State, The University of Minnesota and The University of Wisconsin Green Bay. 

During her playing career at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Lueck was a team captain. She was a three-time NSIC All-Academic Team Member and 2012 NCAA National Tournament participant. 

Lueck played her high school basketball at Winona Senior High, where she became one of the most decorated players in school history. She holds 11 individual records, including being the program’s all-time scorer.
