#22 Walt Wepfer

2010 A second-year walk-on, Wepfer showed determination during play as a defensive back during spring drills. He enters preseason camp hoping to earn a playing role, either in the secondary or on special teams.
2009 During first year on campus, worked as practice squad snapper. Did not receive game action.
HIGH SCHOOL Senior captain…Four-year varsity letter for Memphis private power, playing running back and linebacker…Helped team to 13-0 record and Division II state title as a senior LB…Also contributed at punter as junior and senior…Also played varsity tennis…Served as vice president of the school[apos]s honor council.
ACADEMICS Wepfer is enrolled in the College of Arts and Science. He is majoring in Economics.
