2006: Faulkner[apos]s best outdoor event was the long jump, though she participated in the 100 and 200 meters, both relays, the triple jump and pole vault… Faulkner jumped beyond 18 feet twice in the long jump, registering a PR of 18[apos]10.75 at Tennessee State Invitational, good for fifth all-time on team… Also jumped 18[apos]1 at Vanderbilt Invitational… PR in 200 meters of 26.38 came at Hayes Invitational… Became 10th fastest Commodore at 100 meters… Also was team[apos]s top triple jumper and pole vaulter… Ran 55-meter and 200-meter dash indoors.
2005: Participated in long jump, 200 meters, 400 meters and relays as freshman.. Long jump best of 17[apos]4′ came at Vanderbilt Invitational; 200 best of 26.51 at Butler Invitational… Ran 200 meters (27.45 at Kentucky), a leg of 4×400-meter relay and competed in long jump (17[apos]3.5′ at Southern Illinois) and triple jump indoors.
In High School: Two-time team MVP… Earned three letters… Served as senior captain… Captured New England Prep long jump and triple jump titles in 2004, with PRs of 17[apos]10′ and 36[apos]1’… Also lettered in tennis.
Academics: Faulkner is working toward a degree in Psychology from the College of Arts and Sciences.
