Served as primary snapper on field goal and extra point conversion units for second straight year, helping freshman placekicker Ryan Fowler match a school record by hitting 16 field goals and converting all 20 PAT attempts… Shared team[apos]s Specialist of the Week honors with Eric Samuels after season-opener win over Western Carolina.

2008
Walk-on sophomore developed into a key contributor on special teams… Played in final nine games, seeing action as snapper for FG and PAT conversions… His snap on successful late-game field goal helped Commodores defeat Boston College in Music City Bowl… Transferred to Vanderbilt after attending Trinity (Conn.) College for one year.

Personal
A stellar student, Giller is nearing completion of his undergraduate work… Majoring in Economics from the College of Arts and Science… An All-SEC Academic Honor Roll recipient.
