NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Fans of all Vanderbilt sport programs will have an opportunity to earn multiple rewards by taking part of the Commodores’ upcoming “Weekend on West End.”
For individuals who check in at every event included on the schedule, they will not only be able to participate in Star Walk approximately three hours prior to Vandy’s football kickoff against Alabama on Nov. 14 and take pictures on the field prior to the contest but also receive a pair of tickets to both the men’s basketball game against UCF on Nov. 20 and women's basketball’s Dec. 3 SEC/ACC Challenge matchup with Notre Dame.
“Weekend on West End” begins Oct. 15 when the No. 3/1 Commodore soccer program hosts Florida for its annual “Black Out The Plex” match; not only are tickets just $1 for the contest, but there will be a t-shirt giveaway for fans while supplies last. The following night, Vandy volleyball will play host to Alabama at Memorial Gymnasium in the program’s annual Dig Pink match.
Weekend activities continue on Oct. 18 when the volleyball team returns to the court to take on Mississippi State for “Halloween at Memorial” featuring a Squishy Cube giveaway and with the VandyBoys’ matchup against Walters State, with adminission free to the latter event. The final “Weekend on West End” competition is the men’s basketball program’s exhibition against UAB on Oct. 19.
Dore fans attending the soccer match to begin the weekend will receive a card that they will get stamped at the marketing table at every event that follows.
