NASHVILLE, Tenn. — After claiming three straight singles titles and a 2025 doubles title at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championships, Vanderbilt women's tennis eyes another tournament run with qualifying play starting tomorrow from the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio.

Seven Commodores are set to compete at the event, beginning with freshman Julie Jirakova in the qualifying singles bracket. She will face Belmont's Isabel Pacheco tomorrow at 9 a.m. The remaining six will begin their regional run in Friday's main draw for Vanderbilt.

Bridget Stammel capped off her Vanderbilt career by winning the regional event in singles last season, marking her third consecutive individual title. She finished as a co-champion alongside sophomore Mia Yamakita. One day later, Célia-Belle Mohr and junior Sophia Webster secured a Vanderbilt regional sweep after capturing the doubles title.

The regional event marks the second qualifying opportunity of the fall season for the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships taking place in November. The two singles finalists, as well as the doubles champion, earn berths into the NCAA championship event.

The tournament overview, entry list, draws and more can be accessed via the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championship tournament page.
