NASHVILLE, Tenn – After winning Season 3 of The Voice, Cassadee Pope will headline Commodore Court at Vandyville ahead of the Commodores’ sold out nonconference finale against NC State. Vandyville is set to open at 8:45 a.m., while Pope is set to take the stage at approximately 9:45 a.m.
The Pepsi Taste of Gameday Tailgate will offer fans the opportunity to enjoy free Pepsi, free Puckett’s BBQ, games and prizes. Vanderbilt student-athlete Tyler Tanner and others will be available for an autograph signing and meet-and-greet from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Fans can also try Jared Curtis’ “QB BBQ,” a double-stacked pork sandwich featuring his favorite toppings, as part of the tailgate experience.
Vandyville will feature activities for fans of all ages, including the return of inflatables in the kids’ zone and a glitter bar open to all fans. Tiff’s Treats will be handing out free cookies, while the Vanderbilt Bookstore will host a Nash Collection special pop-up.
Additional food and beverage offerings will be available from vendors including Ice Crown, Daddy’s Dogs, Amazing Food and Hattie B’s.
Star Walk will begin at approximately 9:05 a.m. Due to anticipated high temperatures on Saturday, guests will be allowed to bring in a 20-ounce (or smaller) unopened plastic disposable bottle of water. Additionally, misting fans will be available at cooling stations for guests and staff.
Kickoff against the Wolfpack is slated for 11:45 a.m.
