NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt baseball’s Brodie Johnston, Aiden Stillman and Ryker Waite have received invitations for the 2026 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Training Camp, USA Baseball announced Friday.
The three Commodores will have the opportunity to earn a spot on the 2026 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team which is slated to compete in the inaugural World Collegiate Baseball Championship in Taiwan in July. A full schedule for the CNT can be found here.
The final roster will be determined after a slate of exhibition games at the end of June and the annual Stars vs. Stripes series the first week of July.
Johnston concluded his sophomore campaign as one of the top third basemen in the country. Johnston ranked top-10 defensively at his position and hit .333 with a team-leading 15 home runs and 47 RBI.
Stillman missed the first half of the season due to injury and made his collegiate debut on April 3. The freshman finished the season with a 3-2 record and 21 strikeouts over 14 innings.
Waite enjoyed a breakout season in his second year with the Commodores. He started all 58 games at shortstop and ranked among the nation’s best defenders at his position. At the plate, Waite owned a .305 average and totaled 23 extra-base hits including seven home runs. He drove in 44 runs while drawing 38 walks, third most on the team.
