Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball is hosting it’s annual Education Day on Monday, November 20. The Commodores take on Ball State University at Memorial Gym at Noon, and we will have more than 3,000 elementary and middle school children coming to the game.
A vast majority of these kids will be arriving by bus, so the following roads will be shut down Monday, November 20:
– Jess Neely (From Lot 71 to Natchez Trace) [10 a.m.-3 p.m.]
– Natchez Trace (From Kensington to Children’s Way) [10 a.m.-3 p.m.]
The busses will park on either side of Jess Neely and Natchez Trace, and any overflow busses will park in Lot 73A.
Children will be walking with Vanderbilt and police escorts to Memorial Gym, so please be sure to be aware of your surroundings while driving in the area.
