The Vanderbilt women’s golf team heads back out on to the course this Friday through Sunday at the Clover Cup in Mesa, Ariz., in an event hosted by the University of Notre Dame. The Commodores will play 18 holes each day at the par-72, 6,184-yard Longbow Golf Club Course.

Vanderbilt will send seniors Antonia Scherer and Kate Sborov, junior Alexandra Farnsworth, sophomore Courtney Zeng, and freshman Abbey Carlson to Mesa this weekend.

“We’re really looking forward to getting back out there and having the opportunity to play,” said Vanderbilt head coach Greg Allen. “It’s something we don’t take for granted and we are grateful each time we get to represent Vanderbilt. We know we have some work to do these remaining tournaments and we know that we can only control what we do, how we prepare, how we carry ourselves and how we go about our business.”

The Commodores will compete with the host Fighting Irish, Arizona State, Cincinnati, Florida International, Florida State, Houston, Indiana, IUPUI, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, TCU, and UNC Greensboro.

Live scoring can be found on BirdieFire.com throughout the weekend, with shotgun starts beginning at 8 a.m. Pacific time on Friday and Saturday, and fixed tee times on Sunday at 8 a.m.
