NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt swim team will be hosting a “Draft Day” press conference this Saturday, February 4, at 1 pm in the Hendrix room at the McGugin Center. They will be welcoming Audrey Williams to the program as she will be signing her National Letter of Intent.
The ‘Draft Day’ event will be in collaboration with Team IMPACT, a national organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for children facing life-threatening and chronic illnesses through the power of team.
Audrey was diagnosed with a brain tumor called Oliodendroglioma in April 2014. Since partnering with Team IMPACT, Audrey has attended Vanderbilt swim competitions and practices as an honorary member of our team. Saturday, she will official become a Commodore after signing her letter of intent.
