NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt head coach Derek Mason, linebacker Oren Burks, quarterback Kyle Shurmur and safety Ryan White talked with reporters today at Vanderbilt’s on-campus press conference for the upcoming Camping World Independence Bowl.
The 6-6 Commodores are coming off the finals break and their regular season finale win over in-state rival Tennessee. They are beginning preparations to face NC State next Monday.
The Camping World Independece Bowl will kickoff Monday, Dec. 26 at 4 pm CT in Shreveport, La.
