Vanderbilt senior Marqu’es Webb has been selected to the All-SEC Second Team by the conference’s coaches.

Webb is a four-year starter for the Commodores, and has amassed 671 points and 440 rebounds in her career.

The standout from Montgomery, Ala., has led the team in field goal percentage is each of the past three seasons, including shooting 59.5 percent as a sophomore and 58.5 percent last season.

Webb is averaging 7.5 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in her career, and has seen action in 90 games for Vanderbilt. She has made 51 career starts.

In the final 10 games of last season, she went 34-of-56 (60.7 percent) from the floor, and averaged 9.0 points and 6.4 rebounds per game in that stretch. She reached double figures in scoring in five of the 10 games, including scoring 17 points on 7-of-9 shooting in a loss at Florida on Feb. 18.

Webb also put together some amazing numbers down the stretch during the 2014-15 campaign, shooting 68.2 percent — going 28-of-41 — during the final six games of the season. She averaged 12.3 points per game during that stretch, and reached double figures in five of the six games.
