Nashville, Tenn. — Vanderbilt will host NCAA Regionals at Hawkins Field for the fourth straight year.
The Commodores enter the NCAA Tournament with a 43-17 record and 31-5 mark inside Hawkins Field this year. The NCAA Regional will be the sixth all-time at Vanderbilt dating back to the first Regional at Hawkins Field in 2007. The berth in the NCAA tournament is the Commodores 15th all-time and 11th straight dating back to 2006. Head coach Tim Corbin has led Vandy to 12 of the program’s 15 NCAA Tournaments dating back to his second season on West End in 2004.
Vanderbilt finds out which three teams are headed to Nashville for the Regional tomorrow at 11 a.m. when the entire 64-team field is announced on ESPNU. The Commodores will watch the selection show at the Commodore Grille inside Holliday Inn Vanderbilt. Fans are encouraged to attend with doors opening at 10:45 a.m.
